No Peek Beef Tips


  • 2 lbs stew meat9f7381819777fe1c12a86f75d85224ac
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1 4oz can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1 cup water


  1. Add cubed meat to a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir to coat.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours (no peeking!!!) Do not remove foil until done.

Serve over rice, egg noodles (as shown), or mashed potatoes.
