Apple Bacon Pork Roast


For Pork Roast

  • 3-4 pound Pork Loin RoastApple Bacon Pork Roast
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon (partially cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

For Glaze

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • dash of nutmeg


  1. Slice pork into 1 inch slices about 3/4 of the way through
  2. Place roast in large crock pot and place the apple slices into each slit
  3. Lay the bacon over the top of the roast and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour maple syrup over top
  4. Cook in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low (or 3-4 on high)
  5. Slice and serve with glaze
