Door County Cherry Chicken Salad


  • 1 lb cooked, drained,and cooled pasta8caec6c344aabd1d8883a1d12d108658
  • 2 cooked, cooled, and cubed Door County Cherry Chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped red onion
  • stalks chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries

For Dressing:

  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  2. In separate dish combine dressing ingredients until smooth. Add to the cooled ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill for one hour before serving.

Store in airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
