Caramelized Italian Chicken (adapted from Pinterest)


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breastsff850978a2faa53a5d7ef2d7427b4c34
  • 1 pkg of dry Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar


  1. Mix Italian dressing and brown sugar in bowl to form a crumbly coating.
  2. Add chicken to bowl and coat all sides.
  3. Line cooking sheet with foil and spray so chicken will not stick.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
  6. Turn on broiler and broil chicken for 2 minutes on each side to caramelize.

Serve with white or brown rice or chicken fried rice. I used Chicken Fried Rice in the photo.
