INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of frozen hash browns
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 8 slices crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 quart half and half
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In pan sauté onions and butter until onions are soft.
- Place onions, butter, half and half, ham, bacon, and hash browns in a large pot. Simmer on low until soft.
- Add 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve topped with more cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onion.
