- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Take the roast out of the net and place on a rack with a shallow pan.
- Rub in your favorite seasonings.
- Cook at 500 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then turn the oven down to 300-325 degrees.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes per pound.
- Use a meat thermometer to check if done. Internal Temp: Rare 140 degrees, Medium 160 degrees, and Well 170 degrees
