Roasted Boneless Pork Loin


  • 3 lb pork loina15461962c4e0a241499f82f0469ec2c
  • 2 packages McCormick Pork Gravy
  • Your favorite veggie (I used a Normandy Blend available in our freezer section)


  1. Rub pork loin with olive oil rosemary, salt and pepper.
  2. Place in a roasting pan fat side up and surround with vegetables.
  3. Take one pkg of pork gravy and 1/2 cup water.
  4. Mix and pour over pork loin and vegetables.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 2 hours.
  6. Uncover for last 15 minutes to brown.
  7. Let meat rest, then slice and plate.
  8. Save drippings from pan and add the last pkg of pork gravy and water to make one cup of liquid.
  9. Drizzle pork loin with gravy and enjoy!!!
